This year’s summer wasn’t the only thing that was hot for drivers in Dublin. Great deals on parking spaces have caused quite the scene in the driving community and they have spoken up about the hottest spots to park in the city.

Parkpnp has the latest scoop on the 5 hottest monthly parking spots in Dublin. Check them out:

IFSC

The International Financial Services Centre or the IFSC is a hot bead for fast money and the hottest parking real estate in the city. Not only is it the hub of many financial giants, it is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, given its proximity to the historic O’Connell Street. The busy nature of the area makes it quite difficult for any quality parking space to stay on the market. Everything gets snatched up fast. The hottest places to park monthly in the IFSC area are around Mayor Street Lower and Spencer Dock. These areas are just 3 minutes away from the IFSC and offer excellent monthly parking options. A little bit on the north side, there are numerous parking options available around Oriel Street with excellent rates for monthly parking.

Grand Canal

The Silicon Docks attract some of the biggest companies in the world like Facebook and Google. This area is always in high demand from techies looking for that perfect parking space close to their offices. Some hot monthly parking spaces can be found on Forbes Street, Lime Street and The Marker Hotel. If you are looking for monthly parking closer to the Google offices and the Grand Canal Dock Station, there are excellent options on Barrow Street, South Lotts Road, and Ringsend Road. Spaces here are always in high demand, so scoop them up before they are taken.

Ballsbridge

A Good thing about large residential areas is that they have ample driveways to rent out. Ballsbridge is an excellent location to own a parking space that you are not using. It is very close to the Silicon Docks and the leisure town of Sandymount. Some hot parking spaces can be found on Shelbourne Road, Baggot Lane, and Ardoyne Mews. These spaces are just 10 minutes away from the Docks, 15 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the Aviva Stadium.

Smithfield

Home to the Law Society of Ireland, National Museum of Ireland and the Croppies Acre Memorial Park, Smithfield has some of the hottest parking spaces for your car to take a rest. Parking spaces are available on Ellis Quay, Queen Street, Blackhall court, and Bow Street. These parking spaces are just 10 minutes away from all the major attractions in city centre.

Sandyford

Not as popular as the Silicon Docks, but there are a number of tech giants here that attract a huge number of drivers. There are also a large number of residential areas in Sandyford with unused parking spaces. Some of the hottest parking spaces in the area can be found on Vantage Central, Corrig Road, and Brewery Road.
