Parkpnp secure €400,000 for expansion into Benelux region

Irish based digital parking company Parkpnp has announced a €400,000 funding injection to finance expansion into the Netherlands market. It’s is also raising a further €200,000 through crowdfunding platform Spreds to accelerate growth in the Belgian market.

Under the stewardship of Dutch real estate mogul Patrick Kremer, Parkpnp have already secured major contracts with MVGM & Syntrus Achemea, two of the Netherland’s leading property companies. These major deals will see Parkpnp roll-out 15,000 new parking spaces across the Dutch market by 2019. High end partnerships with large scale property owners is an exciting departure for Parkpnp who have traditionally excelled in the peer to peer & commercial parking markets.

With momentum rife, Parkpnp are looking to double down on growth in the region with a crowdfund in Belgium. Parkpnp launched in the market in March 2018 and buoyed by early successes with big partners including Forest National & Audi are looking to the crowd for an injection of €200,000.

Parkpnp which was launched in Ireland in 2016 by local entrepreneurs Garret Flower & Daniel Paul has proved hugely successful so far attracting large scale customers including Park Rite & Euro Car Parks. In March 2018 Parkpnp partnered with European rival Sharemypark to launch into the Belgian market.

Speaking about the expected impact of Parkpnp in the Benelux region Parkpnp Global CEO Garret Flower remarked “ Things are really hotting up for Parkpnp in the Benelux region right now, the scale of the opportunity is massive. With such credible partners behind us we’re now looking to our most important stakeholder, our users to get involved and accelerate our growth by using the platform, recommending it to their friends and investing in our journey”.

Parkpnp are currently fundraising a Series A of €3m to continue expansion across Europe.
