Official Rules
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Parkpnp. The Giveaway is only open to Qualified Entrants (as defined below). The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by Irish law and applicable laws and regulations.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins September 1st 2017 at 12:01AM Central Daylight Time ("GMT") and ends September 30th, 2017 at 11:59PM GMT (the “Giveaway Period”).
Contest; Eligibility; How to Enter
Parkpnp is awarding up to 30 Qualified Entrants a Maximum Prize Amount, not to exceed the cost of the Qualified Entrants Clamping Fee and to a maximum of €120. As used herein “Clamping Fee” shall refer to those issued by any local authority in the Co.Dublin or by any one of the following parking companies (APCOA, Euro Car Parks, NCPS, DSPS, DLR Parking Services) issued in the Co.Dublin. To enter, a Qualified Entrant must possess valid license plates on the date of clamping.
In order to be eligible for a Prize (as defined herein): (i) the date on the Parking Ticket must be between 1st September and 31st of September and (ii) the Qualified Entrant must forward an image of a unique parking ticket to team @parkpnp.com iii) the Qualified Entrant must be a registered member of Parkpnp using the same email address as used to forward the parking ticket. iv) Upon forwarding their parking ticket entrants will be asked for their full name and mobile number, entrants who do not forward these details will be considered to have not completed their entries.
Qualified entrants may enter the Giveaway once during the Giveaway Period. All parking tickets and mobile numbers may only be submitted once. Parkpnp retains the right to ask all entrants to forward photo ID to verify their identity and to ensure that entrants are only entering once.
Giveaway Prizes
Parkpnp will award up to 30 Qualified Entrants a cash prize up to €120 (the “Maximum Prize Amount”), not to exceed the amount of one Clamping Fine on the applicable Parking Ticket, less any taxes, fees and costs associated with the underlying Parking Ticket. In the event that a Qualified Entrant submits a Parking Ticket containing multiple Clamping Fees to the Giveaway and is chosen as a Giveaway Winner, Parkpnp shall award such Qualified Entrant a Prize equal to the value of the Clamping Fee with the lowest associated parking fine amount. Each Qualified Entrant who is awarded a Prize shall be referred to herein as a “Giveaway Winner.”
To claim their prize “Giveaway Winners” must forward their IBAN & BIC for payment. Payment details must be forwarded within a week of the ‘Giveaway Winner’ being notified of their prize. Otherwise the prize is void.
Drawing
From 1st September 2017 until 30th September 2017, Parkpnp will award a Prize to up to 30 Giveaway Winners from all Qualified Entrants. Winners will be selected at random on a daily basis based from all Qualified Entrants on that date.
A Qualified Entrant may only win one Prize worth the value of one Clamping Fee. If a entrant receives multiple tickets during the Giveaway Period their earliest entry is regarded as their only “Qualified Entry”
Limitations on Eligibility; Qualified Entrants
The Giveaway is open to entries who are at least 18 years of age at the time such person received the Parking Ticket and who are legal residents of Ireland (each, a “Qualified Entrant”). Employees of Parkpnp, its affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies involved in the Giveaway, Prize donors for the Giveaway, and their respective family members are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by Irish laws and regulations.
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process described above under “How to Enter” will be void. Please see the privacy provisions included in the Parkpnp General Website Terms and Conditions, located at: https://parkpnp.com/ie/terms-and-conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, for Parkpnp's policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway.
Restrictions on Receipt of Prize
Prizes are not transferable. No substitution will be permitted except in the sole discretion of Parkpnp, which reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All national, local and other taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with winning a Prize are the sole responsibility of Giveaway Winners. Giveaway Winners should consult their tax advisors with regard to tax liability.
If a Qualified Entrant is chosen as the Giveaway Winner but cannot, does not or is not permitted to accept (whether by determination of Parkpnp or otherwise), Parkpnp shall award such Prize to an alternate Qualified Entrant. A Giveaway Winner’s eligibility for a Prize shall be subject to verification of compliance with the Official Rules.
Any Qualified Entrant may decline the receipt of a Prize if such Qualified Entrant is chosen as a Giveaway Winner.
Winner Notification
Parkpnp will notify each Giveaway Winner of an award no later than 10 business days after the end of the Giveaway Period, and each Giveaway Winner will receive the Prize by October 31, 2017. Except where prohibited, if Parkpnp determines (in its sole discretion) that a Giveaway Winner does not meet all requirements of a Qualified Entrant or that a Giveaway Winner otherwise violates these Official Rules, the Giveaway Winner shall automatically forfeit the Prize and Parkpnp may (at its sole discretion) award the Prize to an alternate Qualified Entrant. Parkpnp may request that a Giveaway Winner provide all Parking Materials (regardless of whether or how they were provided at the time of entry), and such Giveaway Winner must provide the Parking Materials in order to be eligible for the applicable Prize. If such items are not returned to Parkpnp within seven days of Parkpnp’s notification to the Giveaway Winner, the Giveaway Winner shall forfeit the Prize and Parkpnp may, at its sole discretion, award the Prize to an alternate Qualified Entrant. Moreover, if Parkpnp determines, in its sole discretion, that a Giveaway Winner does not meet all requirements of Qualified Entrants, or that a Giveaway Winner otherwise violates these Official Rules, the Giveaway Winner shall forfeit the Prize and Parkpnp may, at its sole discretion, award the Prize to an alternate Qualified Entrant. In the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules, if a Prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, if all required documents are not returned within the specified time period or if Parkpnp is unable to contact a Giveaway Winner within a week of initial contact period, such Prize may be forfeited.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, by accepting a Prize, a Giveaway Winner authorizes the public use by Parkpnp of the Giveaway Winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional compensation, prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review. A Giveaway Winner shall provide such information and, if requested, a photo at Parkpnp request. Upon request, a Giveaway Winner shall provide to Parkpnp written consent to the foregoing.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to: (a) comply with the Official Rules and the decisions of Parkpnp, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Parkpnp and any parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of the respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of the aforementioned entities (collectively, the "Releasees"), from any liability, claims, costs or damages arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a Prize. By accepting a Prize, each Giveaway Winner agrees to Parkpnp’s and its designees' use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. As a condition of entering the Giveaway, each Qualified Entrant agrees as follows: (i) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to claim or obtain an award for special, punitive, incidental, consequential or any similar damages; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) an entrant shall not be entitled to an award or receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Parkpnp reserves the right to modify Prize award procedures in its discretion. Parkpnp makes no representations or warranties, written, verbal or implied, with respect to the Prize.
Additional Terms
Releasees are not responsible for tablet, app, computer, network, printing, typographical, human or other errors, problems or other malfunctions relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, the following: (a) errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of the Prize, the processing of entries, or in any Giveaway-related materials; or (b) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, or if infection by computer viruses, bugs or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, or in any event or circumstances, Parkpnp reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if cancelled or terminated, in its sole discretion, to randomly award (or not award) the Prize from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the action requiring such modification. Parkpnp reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Giveaway or who is in violation of the Official Rules, as determined by Parkpnp in its sole discretion. Any use of any social media forums in connection with the Giveaway (including, without limitation, Twitter and Facebook) must be in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of such social media forum. By entering, all entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of Parkpnp in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
List of Winners
To request the name of the Giveaway Winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Parkpnp, 28-32 Regus House, Pembroke St Upper, Dublin 2. Requests must be received no later than October 28, 2017. The list will be sent within a reasonable time after the final Prize has been awarded and all Giveaway Winners have been verified.
Miscellaneous
PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY IS RESTRICTED TO QUALIFIED ENTRANTS. THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE GIVEAWAY AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT BE PUBLISHED OR SHARED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF PARKPNP.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY.
PURCHASING OR USING PARKPNP WILL NOT HELP YOU WIN. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ARE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE WHO PURCHASES NOTHING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANY ADVANTAGE TO PURCHASERS IN A GIVEAWAY.

The maximum value of all Prizes, assuming that each Prize is for the Maximum Prize Amount, is €3,600. Odds of receiving a Prize depends upon the number of Qualified Entrants received. All Prizes may not be awarded. See the Official Rules posted on the Website or available upon request from a Parkpnp employee for important restrictions on receipt of Prizes and limitations on eligibility.
